Our Process Timeline
DISCOVERY MEETING

A no-obligation, 1 to 2 hour meeting for us to address your immediate financial concerns. We learn about your short-term priorities and long-term financial goals. Come prepared to share the details of your current financial position and ongoing resources.

SWOT ANALYSIS

We share a high level assessment including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to meeting your objectives. Our goal is to demonstrate the value in working together. Using the analysis provided, you can opt to engage our firm for wealth management services.

PREPARE DRAFT
FINANCIAL PLAN

This preliminary analysis includes agreement of all key financial assumptions, data accuracy, and an objective assessment of your current progress toward meeting financial goals.

Review Final Plan
and Action Plans

We deliver the projected final plan results and your ability to achieve desired goals and objectives. We then find mutual agreement and prioritize critical action items and strategies necessary to executing your wealth management plan.

IMPLEMENTATION

We address risk management needs via insurance, and reallocate investment accounts to align with your target asset allocation. We also begin execution of agreed-upon strategies, these might include: updating your wills, changing distribution approach, increasing your savings, reducing expenses, taking tax mitigation steps, etc.

ONGOING REVIEWS

Our promises are to listen, analyze, educate, strategize, communicate and recalibrate on an ongoing basis throughout your life journey. Wealth management is not static but, rather, a dynamic process as life evolves. We update your wealth management plan each year and meet as often as necessary.
